To say we're 'born to brew' may seem like a bold statement, but after dedicating over 150 years to the art of brewing, we believe it's true.
Coopers is a brewing family. Its in our blood. For six generations we've been custodians of a proud legacy that began in 1862 when Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of ale. Our passion for brewing has kept us together and helped us through economic recessions, wars, government imposts, changing tastes, and the occasional hostile takeover bid.
Today, our unique brand of naturally conditioned ales and stouts are enjoyed around the world and we're still making these beers using the same traditional brewing methods that Thomas did. And when we say hand-made by the Cooper family', we mean it. If you visit the Brewery you'll probably bump into a Cooper who works there. While other breweries might make all sorts of claims about their 'origins' the fact is that we are Australia's oldest family owned and run brewery, and that's not changing anytime soon.

375ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. 2020 vintage. Pours opaque brown with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is dried fruit, caramel, nuts. Taste is light sweet, caramel, tannins, a touch boozey. Light bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Smell- weak roast, malt. Foam- thin, weak bitter some malt, roast. Head is quite large, medium-dark brown color. Appearance- beer-specific color bottle cap? Beer-specific bottles, I'll give 4 points. DArk, black color, few carbonation bubbles. From - snifter Taste- roast, butter tones, malt. Drinkable, nothing special.

ITS HOT, THIS IS COLD. (sorry for caps) Smell-weak malt. Foam- thin, weak hops, weak bitter tones, faint malt and sweetness. Head is large, white with an orange tint. Appearance- simple can. Cloudy orange amber, weka carbonation. From - pint Price - 1.99 euros for 375 ml Taste- malt, hops, weak bitter tones. Simple, refreshing.

A 12.7 oz bottle picked up on our recent jaunt around Great Britain, chilled and ready. I pour inside of a basic beer glass to see a semi-transparent dark yellow liquid with tons of carbonation but no head. The nose is slightly citrus with with some possible sweetness. A dink gives me a bitter-forward taste of grain, citrus, cardboard and straw. Passably okay and it is cold fortunately.

Sample from bottle at 5th Logitech bierproeverij. Color: Pale golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, caramel notes. Taste: Malty, subtle caramel, almond,yeasty. Medium body, below average carbonation. Some bitterness at finish. Ok.
