Tap at Pivo a Párek Korunní. Not really pale hazy deep amber, off-white head. Spicy aroma, cloves and cinnamon, gets mildly buttery later. Smooth creamy taste, fruity, appley notes but from actual apple addition, banana touches, with lighter spices than in the aroma, but still nice. Good stuff!

Draught @ Pivo a Parek. Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light coffee, licorice, fruity hops. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, fruity hops, coffee, light piney. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter finish. 201022

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Big, weird jammy fig aroma, candyish maltiness, seems fake. More of the same in the taste, taken to the extreme. Odd fig syrup notes tasting like marzipan, smooth bubblegummy weirdness. Clean, slick malty backbone keeping drinkability somehow high despite the high fruity weirdness. Highly drinkable really, but at what cost?! One doesn't run into beers like these every day, thankfully in a way, and this one ended up being an interesting curio.

Tap at the brewpub. Shiny coppery polotmavé appearence, off-white head. Caramelly aroma, dried fruit, quite okay, if not terribly enticing. Lean, smooth taste, caramelly, bit flowery, lightly soapy, ending with a good bitter kick. Dunno, quite okay, no complaints, no thrill really, the body didn't push me for more, but it's very much a passable example of its kind.

Tap at the brewpub. Had high hopes for this one after every other brewed in Most, including their 12° was quite hoppy, the way I like CZ lagers being... And it looked okay, clear golden body, off-white head, nothing to write home about. And then I tried it. Banana notes, maltiness, fruity more than anything. Clear yeast / fermentation / temperature control-related issues. Damn. Stale, flat taste, seems oxidized but I'd guess it's just yeast health on this one. Fruity, not much else. Something went wrong, simple as that.

Tap at Restaurace Kosmos as Kahan wasn't yet open. Twice accidentally, as I got another when I ordered the dark. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Flowery herbal hoppiness is dominant in the aroma, over sweetish maltiness, lightly yeasty but clean. Pretty much the same taste-wise. Herbal-hoppy, on a full, pillowy, bit rustical-yeasty background, before finishing dry, and with a looong hoppy bitterness. I really dug how these lagers from Most all (up to this point) all didn't skimp on hops, being bitter and hop-driven enough.

# 747; 5/2017. Horší, nepříliš povedená IPA. Spíše sladovější, drsněji hořká, lehce mandarinková.
