Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 4C). Bottle 50 cl - Batch unknown (BBF APR 2021). AROMA: medium grainy-sweet malt aroma with faint toasty notes. slight alcohol notes. APPEARANCE: light amber color and clear. medium beige head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: initial medium malty-toasty flavor with a slightly sweet flavor. medium bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. clean lager profile. PALATE: medium body with medium-high carbonation. creamy. PALATE: a nice maibock that would benefit a bit with Maillard compounds.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Extremely perfumy coriander aroma. Medium body, dry and fruity again with intense cilantro. Dry finish. Heavy carbonation. Clean and well made, although I would expect a Belgian Wit to be hazy. 120220

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Sweet caramellish malt in the nose. Medium body, again sweet, caramellish malt and some flowery hops. Bitterness is quite subdued. Pleasant enough drinking, but perhaps falls a bit to the sweet side. 030220

Bottle. A hazy amber to chestnut colored beer with a small light beige head. The aroma is quite nutty, with bread and a light touch of roasted malts. Some higher alcohol in the back. It's full bodied, lightly warming and softly carbonated, with mostly roasted malts, nuts and caramel in the flavor. Some roasted malts and bread crust too. Even some notes of dried fruits. Medium length finish. Supposed to be a Belgian brown this one, I think it tends too much toward a British style, except for the alcohol level. But it's a decent brew anyway. 190610
