Draft at In De Wildeman. Pours brown with a thick off white head. Aroma of caramel, overripe dark fruits, sweet malts and toffee. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at Rootz festival. Light brown with off white head. Very spicy and lots of herbs, like weird herb candies. Licorice and sweet malts. Light watery feel. Ok

Tap at Rootz festival. Dark brown with big light beige head. Lots of sweet caramel, sweet chocolate, some spices and herbal touch. Mostly sweet with a light bitter finish. Creamy feel. Very nice bock.

Pours clear reddy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of overripe dark fruit, raisin, toffee, caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Draft at Rootz Winterbeer festival. Pours hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, cola, speculaas coming out, light spice and a little overripe dark fruit. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with a cola high carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. 2014 version is 5.6%. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is malt, yeast, light aniseed. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a rich over ripe fruit heavy spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

[ As Brouwcafe Witte Wolk ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus fruity, minerals, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140925]
