Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a hazy medium amber win a thin white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is yeast light malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a yeast hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A typical beer for the region.

Tap at the Scheveningen Brouwcafe. Congratulations Corine! Poured a cloudy medium to light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is caramel toffee apple yeast. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a boozy alcohol bitter malt yeast palate and a long alcoholic bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way too alcoholic for me and its right in your face.

@PWBF’14 te Gouda, zwart met volle kaki kraag, tijdens het tappen schoot het uit het glas, iets te hoog co2 wellicht. Het aroma is vrij beperkt: wat donkere fruiten, mouten en lichte noten. In de smaak komt er eerst iets van drop/laurier terug, moutig, stevig kruidig, afdronk is zoet, medium body, aardig --- Beer merged from original tick of V.S.O.B. on 15 May 2018 at 15:23 - Score: 7
