Grumlig mörkt gyllengul vätska med fingertjockt skumlock. Aromer av kryddnejlika, skumbanan, deg och gräs. Stram inledning med en bångstyrig maltkropp. Para detta med en gräsig, rågig beska. Avkomman är lätt eldig, medelfyllig och med lagom eftersmak.

Bottle drunk with sausages. Grainy nose, slightly malty flavor with grain and a wee bit of indeterminate hop bitterness. Slightly caramel taste to it, not quite as full flavored as an Oktoberfest style Märzen should be.

Pretty cloudy orange amber beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: a bit metallic, yeasty, banana, spicy, more metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty watery, some banana, banana peel, a bit sourish, lemony. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, yeasty, sour, a bit metallic, lemon peel, a little malty.
