Dark copper with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of wood, caramel and mixed grains. Taste is mildly bitter with a sweeter, caramel tone just underneath. Finishes grainy and rough with a hint of booze and a mild metallic note that, if charitable, might be overlooked. But who‘s charitable on the first beer of the night? Color dorado intenso, tirando a ámbar. Algo turbia y con buena espuma blanca, de buena retención.
Aromas a pan, cereal y plátano sutil de fondo. De cuerpo medio/ligero y de trago fácil. Sabores que tiran más a lo dulce (plátano, fruta madura y cereal). Final muy ligeramente amargo que invita a dar otro trago.

0.5l swing top bottle at Grund Budapest. Slightly opaque amber body with a lasting off-white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, floral hops, grains, doughy yeast and some earthy notes. It has a bit thicker than average body, but it's still very easy to drink. Nice kellerbier for sure.

Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Bottle. Surprisingly clear orange/copper featuring a big bold white head. Aroma of malts, yeast and honey. Taste follows aroma plus bread and undefined fruits. Medium herbal bitterness. Medium carbonation. Ok.

Low to medium carbonation. Somewhere between unremarkable and ok which is quite the feat for a Mönchshof beer.
