Sweet, roasted, malty, bitter, grapefruit zest taste. Bitter, dry, grainy, roasted aftertaste. Sweet, hoppy, roasted scent. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness that lingers.

On July 22, 2013.Not sure if to place it here, but I’ll do it anyways.Had it as "Bacchus American Pale Ale - APA" at 4.7% ABV.Clear deep golden color, off-white to yellow head. Malty, sweet, floral, hoppy, fresh taste. Smooth yet to the thin side mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, malty, fruity, hoppy scent.
