Browar Hopito powstał w 2018 roku. Jesteśmy firmą rodzinną, której piwowarem i pomysłodawcą jest Andrzej Pawluczuk. Pasja oraz wieloletnie doświadczenie zdobywane w kraju i za granicą sprawiło, że zdecydowaliśmy się rozwinąć skrzydła i rozpoczęliśmy warzenie na szeroką skalę jako browar kontraktowy.

Can from Piwna Central, Poznan. Hazy ochre, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, peach, spruce, ripe mandarin, lychee, grapefruit peel, vague apple. Taste has sweet pineapple & peach, softly bitter citrus peel & pine around a bready & oaty malt core. Piney & floral hoppy finish, bit spicy, citrusy, some juicy peach. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good but for WC on the sweet side.

Can from Piwna Central, Poznan. Hazy ochre, thin, white head. Aroma of mango, peach, ripe tangerine, pineapple, rambutan, biscuit. Taste has sweet peach & pineapple, bittersweet mango & tangerine peel over biscuity maltiness. Floral & earthy hoppy finish, rather dry with bitter yet juicy stonefruit & grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable; fruity-hoppy but not yet Hazy.

Bright red, pink foam. Big maple smell, berries are there as well. Tart with plenty of sweetness, good amount of the maple, without getting in front of the fruit. Plenty of berries. Tasty, easy, but maybe a little bit boring as well?

Tap at Zil Verne. Purple color with light pinkish head. Lot of berries in this beer, mainly blueberries, blackberries, lightly raspberries, strawberries, seeds, gentle sourness. Long fruity finish. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Good one.

44 cl. can shared with Rick @ Dennis and Patries. Clear golden with a white head. Citrus and tropical fruits aroma. Sour taste with a bitter finish. Really fresh and refreshing.

23 March 2022. 'Get Rid of Polish Beers Tasting' - cheers, Anke, Ama & Meeki!

Can from Piwna Central. Hazy yellow, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of cheese, pine, ripe pineapple, lychee, tangerine, grapefruit peel. Taste has sweet pineapple, lychee & melon; doughy malt base, bit perfumey. Piney hoppy finish, ripe tropical fruit, softly grapefruity and a bit cheesy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Good stuff!

Can shared at tasting. Opaque jet black color, very small beige mocha head. Super massive coffee, heavy malt base, sweetish, light lactose. Love the coffee but in the end a little too sweet for me to like.
