Smooth, warming and malty with loads of vanilla, some bourbon, toffee, wheaty maltiness, prunes, figs, syrup, chocolate and raisins. Complex and heavy slow sipper. Tasty.

EB from the Peders Forager event 21/08/2025 - Toasted and sweet malty with a complex layering of dried fruit shred, spice, nice sweet caramel and toffee like sweet malts, full bodied, warming spiced lingering finish.

Tap at Peders Brewskival Warmup event 21/08/2025 - Sweet molasses with a plethora of dark dried fruit shred, layer of spices, sticky toffee and fudge like malty sweetness, full bodied, nice barrel action throughout into the warming malty close. Very nice.
