Bottle from HOTM, York. Clear darkish gold with small consistent white head; looks decent for the style. Aroma is quite floral and earthy with some doughy malts. Taste starts dough and grains, quite sweet in the middle with a floral and earthy bitterness than runs through getting stronger towards the finish. Medium bodied, slight chewiness, light to medium carbonation. Good Helles.
