Pours clear deep gold into a stein. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sour plum and apricot aromas. Crisp with tart plum and apricot front to back. Medium length earthy finish.

Gold with a frothy, white head of moderate duration. Grainy, herbal aroma with pronounced apple cider notes unusual for the style. Taste is bitter with a lingering fruitiness that’s borderline medicinal. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Fails to feel refreshing. Mediocre.

500 ml botte. Cloudy orange with a foamy head. Very fruity, citrusy, yeasty, estery, some clove, banana, white vine, some balsamic vinegar. Mild dry fruity sourness and sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity citrusy sour sweet finish. Good refreshing Weißbier!

Orange, caramel malt, and grass aroma - very nice. Dark yellow with large off-white ehad. Moderately sweet orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter/astringent grass flavor. Good body.

October 2005: 4.6%. 500 ml bottle, many thanks to Gr0ve who supplied it to me from SmartClub Norway. Pours cloudy golden with the typical large hefeweizen head. Strong yeasty aroma with notes of melons, bananas, fermenting fruits and spices. Hints of ammonium. Typical hefe flavour with cloves, not as light-bodied as some other hefes, fairly dry, tolerable hops. Not bad at all. I hope this beer becomes more easily available in Norwegian grocery stores, the ABV allows it.
