Can from Elusive Brewery. Malty grainy aroma with a sour tang. Some cloudiness to the amber body. Creamy foamy off-white head. Light bitter. Sour edge gains prominence. Underlying caramel sweetness with spice. As I drink more it gets very jammy. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Dry astringent finish. A decent bitter.

Early contender for beer-of-the-year. A hoppier Timothy Taylor's. I love Simpson's Malt. Bready and biscuity. Grapefruit and mandarin. Soft and poised. Can drink it all night long. Wow. What a beer!
