2$ can from chalet in n. lima. Pours a hazy lighter colored pale. Nose is clean and fresh lager with a bit of cream corn. Very thin pond scum head. First taste is unexpectedly a sharper bitter bite, not really hops, more of a phenol bitter. Very good carbonation but it don't help the enjoyability factor here. Yes, the bitterness is not that of a pilsner, but more of the kind you get from inexperienced brewers. That odd to say for this brewery, I haven't got that before on any of their other brews. Oh well. Gets a little more difficult in the middle. That band-aid plastic flavor keeps on keepen on. Its in the forefront on the finish. This one a little disappointing. They should have put more effort in the tasting as they did on the label.

2$ can from chalet. Pour is perfectly clear pale yellow. Nice white head fades quickly mellow. Nose is not really high hops apparent, more like a mild pine scent transparent. Terrible on style bitter of the original IPA bitterness, circa the early year 2000 chipperness. This one is a hop-heavy brew, it tastes like pine-scented glue. It gags down the throat, like a toxic green goat. It made this bold macro lager lover drinker turn blue. Such an extended rude ass brew. There, you have it. Its so doggon nasty too.

Refrigerated 12 oz can poured into a glass. Dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is dark malt, medium body, lower carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is rich dark malt, wood, vanilla, Worth having again.
