On tap at Ratio, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of cat piss in the hop department, with saison yeast and some farmhouse character. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of citra dry hopping, saison yeast and medium farmhouse character. Not really authentic, but it's well-structured. Very good.

On firkin at Freschcraft during the "Colorado Craft Beer Week: Ratio Beerworks Firkin Tapping!" on 03/24/2017. The beer is a dark reddish-chestnut color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of blueberries, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of fresh blueberry, herbal yeast, malt and a touch of citrusy hop. The finish is fruity with a berry and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Freshcraft. The beer is a dark reddish-amber color with a medium light beige head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roasted malt, fruit and hops. Medium body with flavors of dark malts, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is chewy with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Willebecher draft at Ratio Beerworks in Denver, Colorado. The pour is a clear ruby golden with a smallish off white head. The aroma is orange citrus, a bit of the bitter orange peel, floral grass and cracker malt. The taste is a nice balance between the fresh citrus hop notes and the clean cracker malt body. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and the clean finish, which shows some mineral as it warms. Solid IPA.

Willebecher draft at Ratio Beerworks in Denver, Colorado. The version of this I had was billed as a Session IPA and 4.8%. The pour is a clear darker golden with a well formed white head. Nice lace left on the glass. The aroma is bright, fresh and clean tropical citrus, earth and a bit of pine and nice cracker malt foundation. The taste is the nose, popping fresh tropical fruit, bit of mango sweet fruit, the earth and pine in the finish. The palate is light bodied with active natural carbonation and the crisp finish. Nice one.
