Taste is tart and tangy, apple, fruity, slightly acetic funky notes, with some drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

12/4/2024. From BIAB at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is medium sweet apples, caramel, baked apple, funky and slight vinegar notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Nice drying bittersweet finish. Enjoyable.
