Pricey $4.67 single at Appalachian. Lo-ball at home.
Pale straw, uniform, dull hazy with a lingering head scum.
Soapy orange citrus & baby powder nose. Slight sour pineapple.
Low acid, lots of saline, cooked onion middle, floral oregano, odd herbal boquet. Taste isn't my jam.
Crispy, thin, prickly carb, plenty acidic. Feels thinned out, like a n/a beer.
Nah. Waste of my coin.

Mixture of sweet creamsicle and mango and peach, with veins of tangerine and citrus pith, followed by hints of resin and a pine bitterness on the finish. Too sweet but drinkable.

I really, really wanted to like this beer. Was the rare hazy I was enjoying, with an outsized citrus-tropical hop character and plenty of pine bitterness and an appreciable lack of sweetness. But the astringency is too much to bear; beer shouldn’t hurt to drink. Shame.
