Cloudy yellow pour with a medium foamy bright white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, grapefruit, melon and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Pours a clear copper-amber color with a thick foamy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Malt, fruit, caramel and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a roast malt and fruit aftertaste. Above average overall.

Hazy is as hazy does. Pours a milky yellow with little head retention and no lacing. Lax carbonation enhances the residual sugars. Offers up mango, peach, candied citrus zest, and vanilla. A touch astringent. Eh.

Bottle pour, almost black. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Sweet, thick, notes of caramel, bourbon, dark chocolate and a light floral note from the mezcal.

Chocolate, cinnamon, a little heat from the ancho , but blends really nicely with the sweetness. Some coconut, as well.
Great turnout for Spurs parade. Wish I could’ve been there.
Juicy fruit. Waiting for the Conference Finals. Edible and Taffer. Pic of the gaffer.

Sharp pop of grapefruit, passion fruit, and peach notes, followed by minerals and a chalky bitterness. Dry pine finish. Not bad.
