Tap at the brewpub. Dark amber with off white head. Lots of smoke, sausage, some caramel and burnt bread. Almost medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with a bit slick feel.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malty and slight caramelish. Mild fruity, estery. Sweet and slight butterish. Toasted and caramelish dry malty finish.

Tap at La Gorda. Cloudy golden with white head. Wheat, lemon, sickly sweet dough, light spices. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Almost medium bodied with low carbonation.
