Infused sample from a magnum at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy light pink with small white head. Mint, some rhubarb, soft bready, wheat, light hay, soft yeast, more mint. Light sweet and very light bitter and sour. Light bodied. Nice stuff, but not beer.

7 3 7 3 14Bottle at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of gooseberry, citrus, herbal notes, lime and light funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy dark golden with white head. Lots of sour gooseberries and lemon, strong lime, soft malts, start fruit, cinnamon, light yeast. Medium sour and light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
