Infused sample from a magnum at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy light pink with small white head. Mint, some rhubarb, soft bready, wheat, light hay, soft yeast, more mint. Light sweet and very light bitter and sour. Light bodied. Nice stuff, but not beer.
