'House beer' of this newish craft beer bar in Vienna. Pours hazy clear dark golden with a big, foamy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of lime juice, hard pear, yellow apple, hint of grain, faint banana, resin, earth, leaves. It tastes medium grainy bitter, quite hoppy already too, hints of pear & apple, light fruity sweet and a bit bready. Dry, resinous hoppy finish, a bit 'wry' grainy with some jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. A beer befitting the premises.

On tap at Ammuts�n, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh herbal and grassy notes, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour follows the same lines, with fresh grassy notes and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and punchy, with more oomph than your average helles. Good stuff.
