Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours deep brown with a thick, frothy tan head. Light-medium sweet flavour, Nice roast, well toasted brown bread, light nutty kites, a little cocoa. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more roast, brown bread, mild cocoa. Enjoyable stuff.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours crystal clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Lightly sweet, vegetal, some pale cereal, straw, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Light papery finish, more pale grains, hay. Fine for what it is.

Bottle from a supermarket in Plovdiv. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light citric and herbal notes, light malt. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle at home in Gabrovo - picked up at the local Billa. Pours deep honey-gold with a creamy, mostly white head. Pretty decent modestly smoked malts, candied ham, toasted malts, nips of caramel, bread, faint leafy hops. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more leafy hops, cured meats, ham especially, some burnt honey. Good fun.

Bottle at home in Gabrovo - picked up at the local Billa. Pours perfectly clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a creamy white head. It's perfectly tolerable. Has somebody nice crispy pale malts, very lightly bitter straw and grass, maybe a nip of lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly clean finish, some biscuits, hay. Pleasant.
