Bottle shared by Lunar, Chiang Mai. Very thin white head. Pale golden pour. Light and a bit watery. No real bitterness. Easy drinking though

Bottle. Weird smell. Bit stinky to be honest. Manure and artificial sweetness. Taste is very strange. Better, but not great still. Rice, booze, corn, sweetness, weirdness. Not a fan. Better drink this up quick...

Bottle. Caramel, not much of interest, sweetness. However, nothing nasty in there, I guess. Just a bit lacking in character. 100% omiyage beer/dark tick.

Tap at BeerFes Osaka 2019. Citrus and herbal hop nose, biscuity malt. Clear gold. Strong, bitter, a bit sweet. Lemony, with a prickly finish. OK.

Tap at the Koumin Ramen Event as Taisetsu Kuratake Doppelbock 8% A reddish plum caramel color with a wispy beige head and stone fruit. Bready and dry with a touch of heat, plums and caramel but a balancing bitterness too. Much nicer than the last beer I tried from these guys.

Bottle shared at Tokyo Ratebeer Dark Tickers of The World Unite Event. Thanks Neil! Almost no nose, a faint whiff of caramel malt. Thin and watery malt water on the palate. Water-like finish. Tap at Baku. This was labeled a bock there. Nutty nose, chocolate and caramel. Dark brown with lace. Sweet flavor of burnt caramel, brown sugar, chocolate. A bit thin in body. Ok.
