Das Bier ist ziemlich Geschmacksneutral und läuft trocken die Kehle runter. Zu Beginn kann man Malz erahnen, der Nachgeschmackt soll wohl herb sein. Ein wärmendes Gefühl breitet sich im Magen aus, aber ein nur angedeuteter Geschmack lässt dieses Bier auf direktem Wege durchfallen. Bottle: Dark amber coloured, thin lacing white foamy froth; caramel, malts, floral hoppiness in the nose; initial sweet maltiness becomes drier: mild bitter flavour and slightly dry, bitter-malty finish with traces of chocolate; extremely mild. A nice, quite malt-accented Franconian Landbier.

Hefig-würziger, deutlich bananiger Antrunk. Herbe Noten im Mittelteil, die Bananigkeit steigt an. Spritzig, langer Nachhall. 10/11/10/10/9/11

Schmeckt wie ein typisches Lager, es ist milid und schmeckt leicht malzig, der Nachgeschmack fällt ein wenig flach aus. OK. Test vom 1.10.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,10,12,8,7,10 - 9,75

EIn mildes Pils ohne viel Tiefe bekommt man hier geboten, ums kurz zu machen süßlich, süffig und im Nachgeschmack schön hopfig. Test vom 4.9.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,12,10,8,9 - 9,40

Das Bier ist goldgelb, die Krone verschwindet schnell. Der Anfang ist weich, im Mittelteil jedoch schmeckt man den Alkohol für mich zu deutlich heraus. Naja. Test vom 23.8.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,7,6,11,8 - 7,70

Bottle - Sour rye aroma. Medium brown in color. Great flavor of rye malt with next to no bitterness. A very good beer.

Rerate from a not super fresh bottle. A bit more orange, dusty spicy Franconian, clove, light perfume, dry, orange peel, light clay, quite drinkable. Old Rating: 6 2 8 3 14 Cloves, bananas also a bit phenolic aroma. Cloudy yellow, collapsing white head. Bready banana flavor sprinkled with peppery cloves. Full body, chevy mouthfeel. Good nourishing weissbier.

Bottle Nice sourdough aroma (yeast and lactic acid), wood and bitterhops. Brown, low head and well-lagered low carbonation. Wooden flavors with a hint smoke, sweet malts, Nice hop finish. Mouthfeel is the lovely franconian dry keller-fizz, body could be a tad fuller. mmmhhhhh.
