Bottle shared by KyotoLefty, cheers! Brown pour with a beige head. A ripe rotten sour garbage aroma with some chocolate. The taste is oxidized cherry with a spritzy mouthfeel that is kind of gassy. I didn’t dig this but appreciate the brewery tick.

Bottle from the brewery. Nose is cocoa, over-ripe veggies, soy sauce. Dark broan with lace. Sweet flavor of brown sugar, caramel. Thin and syrupy. No thanks.

Draught at the Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, Iwate. Lovely dark amber color with a thin, lacy head. Amber malt aroma, some caramel and a bit of fruit. Grainy malt, not much flavor going on anywhere. Ok drinkability, but not very nice.
