They called it just a "Saison". Clear yellow color, small white head. Fruity saison yeasty aroma. Light-bodied. Fruity, spicey flavor. Wyeast Saison yeast used? Quite typical brewpub/"homebrew" Saison.

Their "speciality dark". Dark brown, almost opaque color, small beige head. Toasted malty nose, a bit coffeish. Medium-bodied. Roasted flavor, lots of coffee, some underlying bitterness. Nice porter.

They used this generic name so that’s why I made a new entry for RB. Slightly hazy -yellowish amber color. Aroma of hops, citrus and nettles. Medium-bodied. Piney, citrusy, fresh hoppyness from NW hops. Easy to drink IPA with decent bitterness.

Tap at Bailey’s. Muddy, red-brown with lace. Pungent sour fruit aroma--caramel and cherry. huge sweet-and-sour flavor, with some weird un-Belgian funk, cherries, big sourness. Rather too sweet and unrefined, and a bit weird overall, but decent enough.

KLCC Microbrewfest ’09: Copper/orange color with a modest beige head. Aroma is piney and sweet, but not overly hoppy. Flavor is more citrus and floral with a bit of sweet caramel malt taking over.

Tap @ Rock Bottom Portland. Mentioned just as stout, but considering the date, probably is the cream stout. Quite smooth, some hops, some coffee and chocolat. Again, like the porter, quite thin.

Tap @ Rock Bottom Portland. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of some wheat, some banana. The real weizens still come from Germany, and American weizens are more thin usually.
