Tap at BeerFes Osaka 2019. Hazy golden color with a low head. Nose is spicy yeast more like a Belgian blond than any lager. Fruity, lemon, spicy. The finish is a bit astringent and some DMS emerges as it warms. Not good, but not vile like the stout. Almost.

Tap at BeerFes Osaka 2019. Pale, thin-looking dark brown. Nose is absolutely vile, like dirt dish water with something burnt inside and maybe iodine. Flavor is a bit less horrible, the roasted malt comes with the dish water. Thin, disgusting stuff.
