Tap at Umineko. Nose is caramel, pine, resin, perfumy. Flavor is caramel and lots of resiny pine. No off flavors but rather unbalanced towards the resiny hops. Finish is far too astringent. No body at all, but that is partly the fault of the serving method here.
Alcohol hides a lot! Smokey, bit of sweetness. Not great but not disgusting.
Got a bit of a belgian feel to it, but I'm not sure that was the intention. Stewed fruit, apple, booze and marzipan. Very sweet. Not sure to be honest

Good stuff. Lots of fruity hoppiness. Decently bitter. Nice surprise!

Feels quite wheaty. Some lemon hops. Something little weird. Alright though

Bit fruity, bit malty, little bit twiggy. Alright!

Bottle from the brewery. Thanks to Shoulderbroken. Pours a very hazy pale blond with a low, thick head. Nose is citrus rind, mineral, husks. Also just a bit bretty, and I don't think on purpose. Flavor is sweet honey malts followed by mineral brett bitterness. This got some bad bugs in it somewhere down the line. There are apple notes (added), and lemony hops, but it becomes astringent and minerally in a weird way. Will need to try them again in the future. This doesn't cut it.
