Tap at Komachi. Pale pastel gold with a medium head. Clean nose, grapefruit, lemon, light tropical fruits. Crisp fruity flavor, not thick or biscuity, not very sweet. Like a NE gone West Coast type of thing. Easy drinking and clean.

Tap at Komachi. Slightly deep to amberish golden. Malty nose, rich biscuits, toast, touch of caramel. Seems to be more like a modern festbier with just a bit of the old fashioned amber. Rich malty flavor, toasty and slightly sweet. Nice.

Nomcraft 6th Revolution IPA
West Coast IPA 7%

Nice tutti-frutti and lightly woodsy pine hop bouquet on a beautiful matte gold body with thick fluffy foam.

Full bodied, viscous slick mouthfeel at times with a slightly scratchy carbonation. It’s got a sweet dankness to it that’s really on point. Great stuff.

Happy 6th Anniversary Nomcraft!

Draught at their Juso taproom. Dark brown, almost black, with a tall off-white head. Cloudy. Very estery nose with lots of bananas, cloves, and apple. Also caramel and chocolate. Flavor is sweet and very fruits, a bit too much apple for me. Good but the sweet fruitiness kind of overwhelms the malt character, so it felt a bit unbalanced.

Tap at their taproom in Juso. Amber orange tending towards brown. Off-white head. Malty caramel in the nose, dark bread, light nuts, apple and orange. Flavor is light, malty, caramel, quite fruity, with some spicy hops. Decently done.

Draught at their Juso taproom. Clear, bright golden color. Very pale for a smoked beer. Tall, white head. Very light smoke in the nose, with lemony hops and bready malt with biscuits. Slightly more smoke in the mouth but still very light. Very similar to their regular helles, with just a bit of beechwood smoke. Very approachable and smooth. Barely smoked, but still a good beer overall.
