Draught @ Solid State, Clear dark brown with reddish tint against the light, very small frothy off-white head, very faint coffee aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter coffee taste with little sweetness, thin body, long coffee finish. Very apt, a good example of schwartzbier.

Can. The label does not mention any ABV or version number, neither the brewery website, but it might be 6.8% since the last version on the website is as such. Pours hazy dark orange, with foamy off-white head, melon-grapefruit aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter taste with citrus peel-melon flavor, smooth body, long finish. Very tasty and satisfying.

Fraught @ Milk & Hops -Astor. Hazy bright yellow with small foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter citrusy taste with floral hops flavor, smooth body, longish finish. Smooth and flavorful.

Draught @ Rattle’n’hum. Faintly cloudy dark yellow with small foamy white head, sweetish malty aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet malty taste with coffee flavor, smooth body, medium finish. Very smooth and interesting variation on a triple.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with large spongy tan head, caramel malt aroma, mdium carbonation, sweetish roasted malt taste, smooth body, longish finish. Very drinkable, and smooth, well done!

16.9 oz bottle from a coffee shop near Cold Spring. (ABV on the bottle listed as 9.4%, not 7.6%)
Gets me to 150 different NY breweries with at least 1 rating! Sill not all that close to halfway...
Unclear orange color with a beige head and some sticky lace. Aroma of overripe oranges, caramel, and some light buttery malt notes. Drinks full bodied, hoppy, boozy, and citrusy. Sticky sweet. Reminds me of one of those old school, mediocre, over-the-top sticky sweet DIPAs that everyone and their mother was making circa 2010. I'm sure I'd have pumped to drink this back then, especially if it was a buddy's homebrew, but in 2017 it just isn't able to compete.
