Can from WW, I assume. Dark brown with a large, soft brown head. Nose is cocoa powder, oats, some raisin; too much cocoa (there really shouldn't be any, but this is overwhelming) for an oatmeal raisin cookie. Cocoa powder, cinnamon (cough cough, overloaded),sugar, oats, burnt malt. This is nowhere near an oatmeal cookie. Rename the beer and don't get my hopes up. Even otherwise, this isn't good.

On tap at Local Republic. Pours black, with a medium, frothy, tan head. The nose is milk chocolate, cinnamon, light ancho chilies, and oak. Sweet and syrupy, with a bit of roasty bitterness. Well made, delicious, and nicely balanced spice.

Bottle at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a dark brown color with a very small tan head. Aroma was smooth barrel notes, roasted chocolate malts. Big rye notes. Flavor was smooth vanilla, woody notes. Chocolate, with some boozy notes. Caramel.

Eschews sweetness, which is good, but it leaves a beer heavily influenced by the spicing, which grows overbearing against the bitter chocolate backbone. Rarely ever say this, but a little more milk chocolate indulgence might make this a more balanced pint.

50cl bottle pours a murky brown with legs and no head. Nose has brownie and cocoa, molasses and booze. Flavor is rootbeer and cocoa, brownie and booze, caramel too. Full bodied, sweet finish.
