12 oz. can, thanks to Timmy! Pours a clear, reddish, orange color, with a small, fleeting head. Subtle floral notes. Some dry hay and must. A bit of sugary sweetness, but fairly dry, and a bit tart. Very light body, with a smooth, clean palate. This is a very subtle beer. Quality.

Can at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is chalk, dust, white sugar, honey, and pine. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, sharp mouthfeel. This is a simple, refreshing, and aromatic pilsener.

Very, very sweet, loads of caramel and toffee and toast with banana and date undertones and a grassy, semi-floral hop bitterness on the finish. The bitter back end is a necessary counterbalance to the overwhelming malt front, but it grows medicinal as the pint warms. Very boozy, yet lacks the body needed to support such a massive beer. Might be a nod to 18th century English strong ales, but this thing's chock full of American excess.

Got in a BIF from KMitch. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/11/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. A bit muted/muddy aromas. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is a delicious IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish, not too overly aggressive. Great Warrior, Centennial, Simcoe profile. Balanced juicy, dank, and earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness from lingering dryness. Reminds me a lot of Stone IPA, no surprise considering the head brewmaster. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on west coast style example as expected. Probably would have been better fresher.

Not bad, surprisingly dry for an IPA brewed with lactose, with a healthy dose of grapefruit, pineapple, and stone fruit against an earthy, grain-laced finish. Minor notes of vanilla and wheat round out the back end, but the sweetness is kept to a minimum. Not exactly a stellar example of the style, but very drinkable.

Certainly gets the Belgian yeast part down, offering up clove and banana against a dry, grassy hop finish. Well-carbonated and medium-bodied, but also mild, lacking much oomph beyond the expected Belgo notes. Never grows sweet--the finish is bubbly and bitter with a grainy, straw-tinged undertone--but also finishes a little too light for me. Still, made for a nice pairing with a peach and goat cheese pizza.

Resinous, dank DIPA, thick with pine and grain, offset by grapefruit and pencil shavings and a peppery, hop-fueled bitter back end. Medium-heavy body keeps the dankess sitting on the palate, while the pine-n-citrus notes brings you back for more. Digging New Realm's refusal to bring out sweetness in their IPAs; these beers are dry as my tomato plants. (My tomato plants are fucked this year.)

A very pretty pint, but lacking much depth beyond its yeasty Belgian center. Mild grass and herbal notes, with traces of hibiscus and a floral dusting on the fade followed by a slight tartness, altogether unobtrusive and light. Expected something more memorable, to be honest.

Dry, grainy IPA, pulling off a bit of a bait-and-switch, what with the enormous fruit-heavy nose but packing the flavor profile of an old-school West Coast bitter bomb. Some citrus and stone fruit, but woody hops are prevalent, with mild lime zest and pepper on the pine-n-flora finish. Enjoyable, but never quite reaches the big, indulgent IPA layers you want.
