Oaxaca Choca Mexican Chocolate Stout from New Realm Brewing

4 oz draft. Mild chocolate and mild chili peppers. Flavor is pretty balanced mild a soft pepper heat after the chocolate, ash, and toffee. Nice stout!

4 oz draft. Aroma is solely lime. Flavor is lime mixed with a little bit of lemon. The whole characteristic is sort of like Biden into a lime. It’s a refreshing beer but very simple.

Stovepipe can from Teeter. I hate everything today, so hoping this puts me in a better mood. Hazy golden orange with a giant soft off-white head. The head lasts and looks delightful. The nose is full of bitter green mango, hops, citrus peel... very nice. Sweet mango, bitter tangerine peel, pine, green hops. Woo, this might knock that bad mood out. My only complaint is the carbonation seems a bit flat... would like it amped up a bit to make this beer top-tier.

Draft: Poured a caramel amber with a creamy huge off white head. Aroma is rich malt, biscuit, sweet. Taste is rich malts, little earthy, sweetness, slash of tingly citrus.

6th Anniversary Mythical Imperial WC Pils from New Realm Brewing

Doesn’t much resemble a pils—tasted blind I would call it a west coast DIPA through and through—but it’s still a damn good beer, chock full of bright stone fruit and tropical notes backed up by citrus pith, pine, and a mineral bitterness laced with flowers. Delicious.
