16oz can from my brother. Near black pour, ring of beige head. Big, boozy, sweet aroma hits first, even at a distance. Dark chocolate with notes of coffee. Taste begins sweet, fudge, mild coffee bitterness, the booziness seeps in slowly. Lush, creamy feel.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark muddled orange/copper color with a thin white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy hops up front, light zestiness to them then a semi-stiff caramel malt backbone
Flavor: blends the citrusy hops to the malts somewhat bitter then eventually becomes bittersweet; finishes citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, tries to be somewhat smooth but some astringency shows up to dominate the tongue
Overall: I'm not exactly "that" impressed, I've heard such great things about Pizza Boy but I guess I need to find something else by them.

Bottle pour at the April DCBeer monthly gathering. Poured a bright, hazy orange color with a small wispy head. Aroma was nice dusty grape frunk. Grapes. Some nice dusty notes, not overly acidic. Really nice.
