Tap at the brewpub. Golden-orange color with a low, thick head. Nose is bonito flakes: katusobushi, much like a dashi soup. Lemony flavor with dashi and bonito, a bit smoky, umami, a touch roasted. Slightly rough finish. I quite enjoyed this when eating my yakitori, though frankly without food to pair I don't think I want it!

Tap at the brewpub. Amber-orange, clear. Toasted malt nose, earthy, amber, much like a Belgian amber. Roasty, grainy, toasted rice flavor, of the genmai, the rice comes through more than the tea itself.

Tap at the brewpub. Black with a low head. Somewhat faint chocolate nose, some coffee. Sweet chocolate flavors with woody, roasted coffee flavors as well, finishing dry while still chilled, the candy eggs' chocolate creaminess came out more as it warmed, first making it nicer, then kind of becoming too much. Fun easter beer.
