16 oz. can. Thanks going to Matt B. Aroma shows Orange, tangerine, Clementine. Flavor Has decent citrus throughout the session with a very soft, herbal bitterness underneath. Bitterness is mild. But they’re pretty well balanced.
Been a minute since I had anything from these guys. Respectable.

Poured from a can dated 12/19/25 into a willi becher pint glass.

Pours semi hazy golden color, a little more than two fingers of of pillowy white head that really lingers leaving sticky rings of lacing with every drink.

Aroma is dominated by tangerine and grapefruit with a hint of biscuity malt, pine and some underlying earthiness

Lots of citrus in the taste, tangerine and grapefruit again with citrus peel adding some bitterness to the mix.

It's a light to medium light body, it's dry with a balanced bitterness making it super drinkable. Carbonation gives a slight tingle working well with the dryness and bitterness to make it super easy drinking at 6.9% abv.

Overall this reminds me of what have become the originators of neipa's, Cascade and citra working together to deliver a well balanced and well crafted drinking experience.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Amber red pour is topped by a frothy tan head. Toasted malt aroma has notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavor is caramel malt with spicy notes. Subtle hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and orange peel. Some nuttiness as well. Nuanced flavors that remind me somewhat of Anchor Brewing’s Our Special Ale ( I really miss that one!). Overall, pretty tasty and the moderate ABV means you can have few, if you want to…

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark purple in color with a quickly dissipating little white foamy head that didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet plum flesh and tart skin with a sly amount of lactose and vanilla
Flavor: tart, sweet and sour combining the plums to the lactose and vanilla; finishes like plums dipped in sweet cream
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, some sort of sessionability and some smoothness to this with some tart & sour harshness assertively brushing the tongue
Overall: nicely done plum tart ale well worthy of more pours.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a thin off white foamy head head which died off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee, toasted nuts and some vanilla bean smooth sweetness
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas nicely to a smooth toasty and sweet balance; mild aftertaste of chocolate, vanilla and some dark chocolate
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability; good balance between the roast and smooth aspects running along my tongue; finishes semi-roasty and a touch of the vanilla to mellow that out
Overall: an extremely well balanced porter - so much that I'm not exactly sold on why this is considered a pastry porter on Brewver but I'll just let the rest of that go and move on.
