Coastal Pils from Aslan Brewing Company

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass, crackery malt, and some straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and straw. Great grassy bite and crispness to it.

Arcade Dreams from Aslan Brewing Company

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear copper golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a bunch of piney hops, some vegetal notes, and a touch of bitter. Not the best.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out fresh, dry, earthy coffee. Flavour brings out a really nice coffee character upfront, with medium roast. Light sweetness in there. Good stuff.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy notes, cereal and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with cereal, straw and grass. It's not got the depth I want in the style, but it's solid.

Tap at the CBC. Pale to medium gold, clear. Nice bready malt, crisp Saaz hops. Not terribly rich or full, but tasty malt and medium body, bright, spicy hops.

Courtesy of Sergey, can; 9.9% ABV
Black colour. At first there may be some green pepper, but it quickly fades away; there is some coffee aroma. Good body strength, good chocolate flavour, roasted malt, touch of coffee, all goes well with the moderate sweetness.

Draught @ Depot. Bright amber, with a fairly thick head. Big fat beech smoke nose. Really a lot of beech smoke. The malts are good, not great because there's some metallic, thin stuff, but still decent enough. And such rich smoke.

On tap. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of coffee, dusty roasted malts, and dark vinous fruit. Flavors follow same with rich coffee and a bit of oak. Can’t really get the Brett but maybe adds a softness. A mix of flavors that seem to hang together. Interesting.
