On tap at Dusty Rose Reserve clear bright yellow orange pour thin skin of white bubbles. Clean sharp floral bitter hops. Lingering continental hop bite. Clean finish.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has tons of old funky brett, lots of hay, and musky grains. Flavour has a nice bretty complexity, some tart citrus, a little hay, and toasted grains. Really great brett complexity. This has held up really well.

Pale, some haze. No head. There's a lot of brett on the nose, a touch musty. Has a fairly clean brett character, especially C but some other bugs, too. Some malt still, too, which is nice to see. It's held up fairly well.

On tap at Ladd & Lass, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has some herbal notes, some gentle nuttiness, and bready malt. Flavour is malty, with bready malt, a touch of herbal notes, and light toasted nuts. Herbal, grassy, bready finish. Okay.

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is bready with floral hop notes. Arguably med body. Malty but well towards dry. Crisp and clean. Mild floral/herbal hop. Very nice.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has a bunch of tropical fruits (like passionfruit), soft brett, and some hay. Flavour has some young brett, a little funkiness, some passionfruit, and hay. Not the funkiest or most complex brett beer, but it’s clean and pleasantly constructed. Decent.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some piney hops, light grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is somewhat grassy, somewhat fruity, and moderately piney in the hop department, with some sweet cereal malt underneath. Nicely constructed, maybe a bit too herbaceous, but reasonably made.

Draft at Hops & Bottles. Hazy yellow pour, foamy head subsides. Faint citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Taste brings a subdued zesty nature, light tang, easy on the palate, refreshing.

Flavour is fairly dry, with dry floral hops, biscuity malt, and a touch of bitter pine. Kind of strange hop expresion but it’s reasonably constructed.
