Tap at Umineko as Imperial Stout 8%. Nose is marshmallow, chocolate, milk. Very interesting and unique. Flavor is chocolate syrup, dry but creamy, milky, with hints of vanilla and fudge. Light body. Not really imperial but nice.

hazy amber white color. Vague hints of stonefruit and mint. Low carbonation but hops don’t shine in anyway and not exactly juicy. Boring.

Tap @ Shinshu Osake Mura. Pours dark brown with some off-white bubbles on top. Nose is dry, light milk chocolate and toffee, good level of roast. Tastes medium bodied, lightly sweet but mainly a decent and well-brewed dry stout. Good body though, so does not feel watery, not too sweet. Solid.
