very pale straw color. Very nice fresh hop nose with tons of white grapefruit, lime and lychee notes. Nice crackery malt backbone. Light body. Very dry and clean. Super quaffable. Excellent

pale amber brown color. Slightly tart nose with Japanese plums, cherries and biscuit. Mildly tart. Tons of plums, but underlying Saison isn’t that great. Very typical new world sub par take of the style. Low medium carbonation, slightly soft mouthfeel which I likedNot horrible balance.
