(live at the Obsthof am Steinberg) Slightly hazy, golden colour. Tart apple-fruity aroma with hints of acidity. Moderately sour-tart flavour with a delicate level of sweetness, light to medium bodied without carbonation. Juicy and ripe apple-fruity taste, lingering into the mildly sour-fruity and tart finish, again with a delicate sweetness, supporting the aromatic fruitiness fairly well. Aromatic and balanced “Stöffsche”. 10.XI.12
