Bottle from Apfelweinkontor. Dryish nose with a hint of sweet apples and skin. Light to medium sweetness, with a nice tart edge that finishes dry. Lovely and more much complex than your usual house pour (my first very enjoyable and out-of-the-ordinary apfelwein). Low bubbles. Awesome.

Bottle pour, 2014 Cuvee, at Lorsbacher Thal. Deep golden color, flat. A bit oxidized, with honey and lemon notes. Oily and full, a not of berries too. Nice.

Bottle pout, 2014 vintage. Bone dry, minerally, dusty. Seems quite wild in its yeast. Interesting and tasty but overall a bit too dry for my liking.
