650 ml bottle. Pours a dark copper with moderate head and lots of carbonation. Aromas of dried stoned fruit, dried bananas, and yeast with some floral notes. Flavors do not really match: biscuits, nuts, and light fruit with a dose of grassy, hoppy bitterness.

650 ml bottle. Pours gold with very light head. Aromas of candied fruit, light banana, light citrus and esters. Flavors of earthy yeast, bready malts, and resin. Somewhat salty, and possibly some nuttiness but that may be coming from the brewers description.

Draught @ Vancouver Craft Beer Week Festival 2014, Vancouver, BC

Spicy, somewhat hoppy and ripe fruity Belgian blonde with some notes of citrus and crisp maltiness. Good.

Draught at Target Café, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color with medium sized head. The aroma has some spicy yeast and some fruity esters, infinitesimal vegetables. The mouthfeel is soft and round; the malt is a bit bready; the yeast character is strong, spicy, a bit astringent; one thing to be tuned, the bitterness in the far end is a bit too strong.
I definitively see a Belgian character in this beer, the aroma is very faithful.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and crisp biscuity notes. Flavour is quite complex, with a very dry body, revealing notes of Belgian yeast, dry zesty notes, and dry crackery malt. Very dry, complex, and highly drinkable. Wonderful stuff.
