375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark brown with little head. Aromas of oaky bourbon, salt, figs, and bready malts. Flavors follow same with less intense bourbon but more alcohol and drier malts. Fairly hot finish. Interesting but not very cohesive.

375 ml bottle. Gusher on opening. Really… not expecting this to occur on a relatively new beer and a modern brewery with someone that knows what they are doing… Pours a hazy brown with little head even though the gusher. Aromas of malty balsamic vinegar. Flavors follow same with tart cherries and pits, plus some oak if I think about it. Otherwise use acidic. Very Dageraad.

Dark brown. Not much head. The aroma here is sort of a bitter toffee impy with maybe light rum. On the palate, it's definitely got a bitter dark fruit character, char and roast, a bit nutty in a dark roast coffee sort of way. There's a decent fruitiness, though. Rum barrel is surprisingly restrained, as rum barrel goes. Overall, it's big, sort of off-dry, not the super rich stouts I prefer, the malts have some complexity but maybe not as much as would be normal in a beer this huge. Overall not bad.

Dull amber-brown, no head. Slick, lots of umami, like red miso mixed with walnuts and integrated into a barley wine. Unusual brew.

Medium brown, hazy, thin head. Has a spicy molasses nose, quite fruity, depth of oranges, tangerines, raisins, good complexity here.

Dullish amber, thin head. Aroma is a bit acetic, some darker malts, balanced cherry, light tartness.

Golden with slight haze, fruity, apple, pear, clean pale malt, slightly funky, touch of alcohol. Kind of like a really fruity duvel.

375ml shared with Alex @ 🏡 Appearance: brown with a weak, quickly dissipating beige head. Aroma: American oak, dark fruits, vanilla, some chocolate. Taste: along the same lines, completely flat. Overall: pretty good, some carbonation would be appreciated, though.

Light reddish-brown. No head. Dusty yeastiness , touch of cherry, crackery dark malts. Low on the esters -it doesn't have a ton of Belgian character, for a Dag.
