Toasty aroma, almost like c-hop. Tart and lemony on the palate, with a bit more of that toasty character. Getting almost an underripe pineapple thing here.

Dull oxidized looking thing, with a thin head. I like the hop nose, some good gooseberry, stone fruit and cannabis in there. Medium body. The malts are really thin, touch of acidity in there, too. The hop character is still pretty nice, though. It's just not one of their better IPAs.

Hazy, pale tan. Not much head. Light palate, low bitterness, just a touch of rhubarb. The botanicals don't show up all that much. A bit too restrained - I can understand going easy on some of these ingredients but this feels a bit too easy.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy amber golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tamarind, vegetal notes and a touch of funk. Flavour is rather bizarre, with crunchy funk, light tamarind, and earthiness. A little crunchy and harsh but it's fine.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic notes, oak, and earthiness. Flavour is buggy and grainy, with rustic notes, oak, and mixed grains. A bit messy but it works.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry, with straw, hay, and some wild yeast. Flavour is full of straw, hazy, and some wild yeast. Oaky, wild, and gently tart. Very good.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yogurt and dry floral hopping. Flavour is very yogurty, with tons of yogurt, and a touch of floral hops. Amateur nonsense here.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crunchy grassy notes, straw and light lacto. Flavour is full of grassiness, straw and some lacto. Grassy and dry, but not all that authentic. OK.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Beautiful golden colour, bright, lamost clean, with medium head. Aroma of pine, gentle. Dry mouthfeel, lean, but the body is robust; there is some good malt base, present but not dominating, with some biscuity accent; the hopping unfortunately tends to be fairly pithy in the finish.
Good, but with what I consider to be a flaw.

Poured from the tap @ VCBW. Cloudy pinkish orange with small white head. Belgian yeast and spice with quite mild raspberry and hibiscus. Decent.
