Black colour with brown head. Aroma of smoke and burnt wood. The mouthfeel is soft, smooth quite dry, the roasted malt dominates, ashes, burnt wood, and some smoke. A bit monodimensional, but it's robust.

A pour from 16oz can. Courtesy of Alex. Appearance: hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma: smoky and peaty, meh. Taste: along the same lines, tons of smoke, peat, roasty aftertaste. Overall: not my thing at all.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy bright gold with small white head (tried side by side with The Commute altbier). Quite soft white bread malt with a touch of grassy hops. Decent, but unmemorable.

Hazy to cloudy blond colour. Mild aroma of grassy hops, later also of paper. Good mouthfeel, soft, not too dry or weak; delicate malt base, some white bread, some paper; mild esters; balanced bitterness, with hints of grassy hops, and possibly some citrus oils too.
Enjoyable, a pretty good beer.

Nice medium gold body and okay foam. Soft grain on the nose, some sweet hops, all too faint. Taste is smooth grain, soft hops, ending mostly dry and somewhat chalky. A little bit subpar but drinkable.

Cloudy blond colour. Mild fruity aroma, with grape accents. The mouthfeel is off-dry, it doesn't have the creaminess of the hazies, the base is a bit more malty-crispy, although slightly polluted by some yeast/spice/astringency; the hopping is good, definitively dominated by white grapes accents, with a bit of pith and mint leading into the finish.
I'm in the mood for this kind of beer tonight.

Lots of citrus here. A little slight hint of vinegar, pickle like. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Tangy finish. Tap at CRAFT in English Bay.

Murky blond colour. Soft arom aof tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is light, soft, at least it's not chalky; the hopping is expressive, it's tropical; it could be more juicy with a little more residual swetness; almost no bitterness.
Good, very timid.

On tap at The Drake, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy stone fruits, weedy hops, and citrus notes. Flavour is juicy, with lots of citrus hops, juicy stone fruits, and a touch of bitterness. Juicy, fruity, not too chalky. Good stuff.
