Honey like sweetness light Ted berry. Clearish copper with almost no head. Tart berry and nice acidity dry and pleasant with a nice underlying apple note.

On tap at Hopwired, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out gentle cherries, a hint of earthy coffee and moderate acidity. Flavour reveals subtle coffee, fairly assertive cherries and moderate apple acidity. Fairly complex flavour profile, with apple core acidity on the finish. Pleasant stuff.

Has soft light yellow body and no foam, aroma is okay sweet apple though simple. Flavour is weak sweet apple. Mouthfeel is too thin. This is mediocre at best.

On tap at R & B, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of apple skins, some gentle wildness, and crisp apples. Flavour is lightly funky, with crisp apple skins, apple core, and gentle farmhouse notes. Crisp and dry. Solid.

Hazy pale blond colour. If there is barrel, it's not evident, but at least it's not as dry and weak as other local ciders; still, it doesn't have much depth.

Draft - Light farmhouse and apple. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured Apple and fruit rind with just a touch of acidity. Fruity and weird.

Pale, greenish with slight haze. Stank nose...filthy fermentation of sugary juice. Not the first time I've had a Sunday Cider was terrible fermentation issues. What are they doing over there? Spicy, juicy on the palate...quite a bit cleaner. Quite tart. No indication of apricot.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out juicy apricots upfront, with lightly sweet apples and some crisp apple skin. Flavour is along the same lines, although it's a bit drier and crisper, with bright, lightly acidic apricots, apple skins, and some apple core. Nicely balanced, with a dry juicy palate and a crisp, lightly acidic finish. Solid stuff.
