Dark brown. Medium head. Light coffee aroma, big coffee taste. The chalkboard said it was on nitro but this wasn't nitro. It came across more like cask ale, actually, and that hint of acidity worked well with all that coffee. Like an aeropress of high end Guatemalan.

Amber-brown colour. Medium head. Light tartness and cherry pie filling. Almost a bit of woodiness in there. Decent, but forgettable, beer.

650mL bottle, pours a clear dull golden with a medium white head. Nose is loaded with bretty funk, followed by some nice farmhouse notes, rustic saison yeast, and bready notes. Flavour is mostly dominated by the brett, with plenty of dry bready, rustic saison yeast, and a bit of spicy black pepper. Very dry, with the brett seeming to have eaten everything, with a bready malt finish. Nicely made.

Clean and light. Dry, a mix of creamy and roasty that is nice. Well made. Coops sk

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with light head. Aromas of sulphury molasses, gingerbread, and light roasted malts. Flavors of nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon on a bready malt base. Meh

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funk and orange with some glue notes. Touch of glue and some bitterness.

Pale and hazy. Looks good, nice and vibrant. On the nose, however, it is sort of dirty with a bit of brett and some pedio as well. I swear even more pedio on the palate. This actually overpowers the brett. The base malts are okay, and then in the finish some weird phenolic stuff. I know this brewery has very little experience with bugs, and honestly it really shows. Just way too much acetone in this, and not nearly enough brett character. It's distracting.

Draught at the brewery. Has a nice reddish colour, bright and attractive. Also has a thin head. On the palate, there's a light hibiscus note, and a bit of saltiness from the gose. Mild tartness. It's okay - hibiscus isn't usually enough to stand on its own and the base gose is pretty mild.

Clear deep copper red with a rich white head. Hibiscus on the nose and some soft bready notes. Hibiscus, light bread and a slight touch of sourness. No salt really.

Hazy to cloudy goolden colour. Aroma of grainy malts; herbal, pungent hops. Thr flsvour is mostly biscuity malt, crisp, with nice herbal hops that marries the malt very well; not chalky.
