Draft - Fruity, light banana and some herbal notes. Cloudy light yellow with a decent white head. Estery Belgian yeast and light wheat notes. Nothing special.

Dark brown color with small beige head. The malt and dark caramel have the necessary depth, the residual sweetness is moderate, and it has the nice nutty touch; correct bitterness, from the toasted malts too; light fruity esters complement the flavor. Balanced and clean.
This is a very good example, almost a Doppelbock, it would stand well even in Germany. I just would love now to try a slightly stronger Doppelbock with the same quality.
Excellent.

On tap. Pours amber with moderate head and lots of carbonation. Aromas of bread and toasted malts. Flavors are very malty - more toast than dough, with a mild grassy bittering. OK.

On tap. Pours a hazy white/yellow with light bubbly head. Aromas of apple peels and a bit of citrus. Flavors of cooked apples though still tart.

On nitro tap at 33 Acres, pours black with a reddish tinge and a creamy beige head. Nose is standard for a dry nitro stout - very light, with toasted malt and some roast. Flavour is along the same lines - with roasted barley and toasted malt. No sweetness or much else going on here. Well-made for what it is, but pretty boring.

Pale and cloudy. A fairly straightforward cider, clean with a nice appley character and a balanced sweetness.

Black with thick nitro head. Lost an ounce with that! Rich smoky nose. Smoky, lightly chocolatey palate. Soft body. Very quaffable, with balanced bitterness. Really like the smoky accent. Too bad about the no growler thing - a CO2 version would be just fine, if not better anyway.

Black color with creamy nitro head. Light aroma of roasted malt. Smooth and dry mouthfeel; the dark roasted malt has a coffee and dark bread accent, very interesting; a bit metallic in the end, fairly bitter too.
Very nice.

Cloudy blond color with large head. The aroma is mild, some apple and lemon, very simple. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit tart, off-dry; it has a lemony flavor, fresh, but not much character; there are also traces of vinegar.
Not too bad, but simplistic, better than the average American cider, still very far from the average European cider.
Ridiculous price, one point less for this: 4$ for a 5-6 oz taster, 7$ for 12 oz.

Mahogany color, hazy. Mild caramel aroma, with very light smoke. The mouthfeel is dry but not weak; good caramel flavor with nice smoke presence; dry final, a bit nutty.
Clean. Very pleasant.
