On tap at 33 Acres, pours a dirty dark amber brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out toffee, dark fruits, Belgian yeast and spices. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out dry toasted caramel, spiciness, and finishing on notes of Belgian yeast. Very dry, yeasty and spicy. Very good attempt at the style.

Draft - Toasted malts and coca. Deep jet black with a rich beige head. Toasted malts, light cocoa and a burnt finish. Not bad.

Draft - Banana and clove. Clear gold with a decent white head. Banana and clove with a little bite. Tastes more like a Hef and doesnβt have the interesting characteristics a Tripel can offer.

Draft - Grapefruit peel and a nice malt sweetness. Cloudy gold with a rich beige head. Pithy and tons of resin with a dry finish. A bit too much resin for my taste.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy, golden orangey yellow with minimal white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and banana. Taste is predominantly banana and yeast. Seems more like a weizen than a Belgian ale.

Hazy amber. Phenolic...bubblegum, banana and malts are a little underattenuated. Sweet taste, more than a poorly structured weizen than a pale ale. So I donβt know what they are aiming for.

Medium amber and hazy. Aroma is mango, apricot fruitiness from the hops. Lots of bitterness, with a little toasty, resinous character. Alcohol throws in at the end, lending it a DIPA character.

Hazy light amber. Banana and other esters on the nose, with a little pale malt. Sweetish, but with some alcohol balance. Malts are a touch cloying and the esters peachy, maybe touch of banana.

Draught at the brewery, 10 oz
Cloudy amber color. The aroma is too timid for this beer. The malt flavor is somehow anonymous, it has a shade of caramel and grains; strong bitterness, rather dry overall; the hops are resiny, piney, a bit orangey.
Good beer, but more was expected.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out heaps of piney and resinous hops, with not much of a malt backing. Flavour brings shit loads of intense piney hops, a woody component, and just enough dry malt to back. Finishes quite astringent and woody / piney hop heavy. Very nice stuff - the best I've had from this brewery.
